Wilary Winn LLC Principal Frank Wilary has fifteen years of diversified experience in the financial services industry. Areas of expertise include determination of fair value, asset-backed securitization (including CMOs), asset-liability management, secondary marketing, interest rate risk management, and software implementation.

Prior to co-founding Wilary Winn, Mr. Wilary held senior positions in treasury, capital markets, accounting, finance and systems within two organizations. Mr. Wilary has detailed knowledge of the lending process and its economics.

This range of experience allows Mr. Wilary to successfully undertake highly complex operational assignments. Recent projects include determining fair value for financial instruments in distressed markets. Other recent projects include working with a very large financial intermediary to implement highly sophisticated asset/liability management software; helping clients to develop loan pricing models which properly incorporate risk and targeted return; assisting clients to develop and implement interest rate risk (hedging) policies and procedures; and working with clients to develop financial models used to manage the retained portions of asset-backed securitizations.
