Founded in 2003, Wilary Winn LLC, and its sister company Wilary Winn Risk Management, LLC, provide objective and independent fee-based advice to financial intermediaries with a focus on the middle market. We specialize in:

• Estimating the Fair Value of financial assets and liabilities, including values derived through discounted cash flow analyses for Non-Agency MBS and Trust Preferred Securities
• Valuing interest rate swaps and other interest rate derivatives as well as advice regarding their use
• Residential mortgage lending, including acquisition due diligence and the valuation of mortgage servicing rights and mortgage banking derivatives.

Our clients include banks, savings institutions, credit unions, finance companies, mortgage bankers and nonprofit financial intermediaries. Since inception, we have grown to more than 350 clients in 41 states and the District of Columbia. While our clients range in size from $50 million to $137 billion in total assets, our focus is on the middle market.
